Return And Refund Policy

  1. Returns
    At this time, we do not accept returns on any products. We kindly request you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.

  2. Size Exchange (First Exchange – Free)
    We understand that sizing may not always be perfect. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a complimentary size exchange on your first request. If the selected size does not fit as expected, you may exchange it for another size at no additional cost. All exchanged products will be delivered within 7–8 business days.

  3. Subsequent Size Exchanges
    For any further size exchanges after the first, a nominal processing fee of ₹200 will be charged. This fee helps cover logistics and restocking expenses.

  4. Unavailable Size
    In the event that your required size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the amount paid. This credit can be redeemed on future purchases through our website.

  5. Product or Fit Dissatisfaction
    If you are not fully satisfied with the product or fit, you may return the item. The refund will be provided as store credit only, after deducting a ₹100 processing fee to cover logistics.

  6. Damaged or Defective Products
    All our products undergo thorough quality checks. However, in the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a free exchange for the same product.

    • If you prefer a return instead of an exchange, a ₹100 deduction will apply, and the refund will be issued as store credit.

  7. Store Credit
    Store credits are issued for the paid amount minus a ₹100 processing fee (where applicable). They can be redeemed against any future purchases from our online store.

    All store credits will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  8. Order Cancellations
    Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations are not permitted due to our no-refund policy. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order before finalizing the purchase. For any product-related queries, please contact us prior to placing your order.

  9. Delivery Timelines
    Orders are typically dispatched within 3–10 working days, depending on the product and delivery location. We strive to process and ship orders at the earliest to ensure timely delivery.
